Mr. Varsani is a former Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, an IAS officer belonging to 1978 batch. Mr. Varsani, by virtue of his varied assignments in government departments brings in thorough knowledge and expertise in the areas of Land Development and Acquisition, Industrial Policies, Operations Management, apart from civil service exposure of over 40 years.
