After reviewing the project details and analyzing the financial needs/requirements of the project, Pearl Shelters in consultation with the client would determine the exact mix of Debt, Equity or both, to make the project bankable. On the basis of the assessment, Pear Shelters shall initiate the process for arranging necessary finance for the concerned project. The choice of a given form of financing has certain consequences for each company. The changes concern the cost of capital as well as company's risk exposure.

Our services also include preparing the financial model or base case scenario for the project and the Information Memorandum to be circulated among the prospective financiers. Pearl Shelters maintains utmost confidentiality by signing an undertaking with the sponsors as well as the participant financiers regarding maintenance of proprietary information of the sponsors and the project company.
